Perfect article, can't wait to use it this weekend. Hey, if you want to post your article on a cool website or check out some similar articles you should go to Wacanai.com ( http://www.wacanai.com/intro ). People post their articles on “how to.” It tells you how to make gifts, food, drinks, how to fix things, get stains out and a whole lot more. I love it! You have to check it out yourself!!!!!!!!!!! They will promote your article for you and everything, plus they have graphs you can put on your page to track how many people read and use your info.

I tried your recipe for pizza dough (half Hawaiian and half pesto chicken) and it worked out great! Crusty on the outside and deliciously chewy on the inside. I made up a batch of your pizza sauce to use on the Hawaiian pizza side and it was delicious too. Will definitely be making both recipes again!

Thanks for sharing!

Wow, Chelle, you and I make a lot of the same recipes. =) (BI is one of my favorite cookbooks.) This is my go-to pizza dough recipe. In fact, we're having pizza tonight, something we do about once a week. I've done some variations on it. My current favorite is substituting a cup (5 oz) of semolina flour for one cup of the bread flour. I usually divide the dough into four pieces. My husband and I make individual pizzas with two of them and I freeze the other two to use the next week so I don't have to make fresh dough every week.

This is a pizza dough recipe I use often and I agree it's great. I'm lazy so I just put the instant yeast in with the other dry ingredients and that works fine. Your mushroom pizza looks fantastic!
